Repairs
We have a professional in house repair centre and are an Apple Authorised Service Provider. All our engineers are fully qualified by Apple standards and receive ongoing training and certification. We can either collect your equipment for a small charge or you can bring it in to us. It will then get booked in to our repair system and you will receive a personal repair number to help track the progress of your repair. Please give one of our engineers a call to discuss your requirements.
Sales
We can supply you with all your Apple and printing equipment, configure it for you and support you along the way. We have an ongoing relationship with many distributors and can supply you with all your software and hardware needs.
Consultancy
Iconology offers a full consultancy service to help you discuss, design and implement your software and hardware into your network. We have experience in integrating Apple Mac and Windows equipment into the same network.
Maintenance Agreements

Rates
For machines out of warranty we charge an inspection fee of £30.00 + VAT. Repair work is completed at our standard rate of £60.00 + VAT p/h. Work completed away from our office is charged at our standard rate.
